A mat is a very simple tool to have some stretching exercises. If you want to level up some more, you may try doing yoga. Just remember to pick a silent place in your house that can accommodate a regular mat for one person.
With this particular exercise, you probably may not need to buy anything. Just turn on your radio or if you want a more personal time, listen songs in your mp3 player–this could also be your phone or your laptop. Just pick the most upbeat songs to inspire you into dancing.
