About XSport Fitness

Xsport Fitness is a fitness chain that is owned by CEO Steven Rayman. Xsport Fitness has more than 35 locations in the United States, and has seen continuous growth since 1999.

How To Join XSport Fitness

XSport Fitness membership is easy. Persons interested in the gym only need to visit the company’s website, fill out a form, and wait for the reply. OR, they could walk into any XSport Fitness location where they will receive further instructions from the staff.

There are membership options in XSport Fitness, each with its own unique advantage.

Guest Pass Access

XSport Fitness has a free 7 day guest pass for new customers. The guest pass allows the new client to experience some of the perks enjoyed only by members. The guest pass has free personal training, an X-IT Group Interval Training, and 7 days of classes. The guest pass also lets new customers experience hydromassage and 7 days of tanning.

The guest pass must be used within 7 days upon receipt. XSport Fitness sends the guest pass via email. The free 7 day trial begins when the customer meets an XSport Fitness consultant in any of their branches.

Various Types of Fitness Classes

And when we say various things, we also mean a lot. There’s purely strength training classes, cardio and strength training, cycling classes, core workouts, yoga, zumba, water fitness, and even wall climbing!

Group Training

This is perfect for individuals who prefer exercising with friends or gym buddies. However, due to COVID, social distancing may be required, as well as a limit to how many participants can be allowed.

XSport Fitness also has a group training program called X-it, which is basically the XSports brand of HIIT (high-intensity interval training).

Aside from the X-it, there’s also Studio X. Studio X is one of the many training packages available for people who want to spice up their routine. Studio X includes Athletix (ideal for sportsmen), X-fight (for kickboxing), Max Conditioning (another HIIT program for people wanting leaner bodies),  Barre, and Aerial Yoga.

Sports Facilities

XSport Fitness stays true to their name. It’s a fitness gym that caters to athletes and sportsmen. Aside from the free weights room, and the group training rooms, there’s also basketball courts.

There’s even rock climbing walls, which is something you wouldn’t normally find in other gyms. There are lap pools for members who are into aquatic sports.

Recovery Facilities

When exercising gets intense, the soreness that follows the next morning is not a joke. That’s why XSport Fitness has it’s saunas and steam rooms. These areas improve blood flow circulation, which helps boost healing speed.

There are full service spa areas managed by certified physical therapists, plus Self-spa services for those who prefer less contact, especially since COVID still remains a threat.

Personal Training

There’s group therapy, and then there’s personal training. For people who want to do exercises properly from the get-go, personal trainers are invaluable assets.

They give feedback on whether a member is doing a technique incorrectly, or if they’re lacking certain aspects of their fitness, e.g. lacking nutrition. These experts help individuals tick one box at a time off of their fitness goals checklist.

XSport Fitness App

XSport fitness also had to adapt to the fast changing environment, specifically, the transition from in-house coaching to virtual classes. The XSport Fitness App includes features like custom workouts, a checklist function, a calorie tracking tool, a progress diary, and even a community of users who share the same passion for fitness.

Child’s Play

For parents who want to workout but cannot risk leaving their children alone at home, XSport also has a child care facility. It’s staffed during the gym’s operating hours and has competent child care staff ready to provide them with fun activities.

XSport Fitness makes it available to everyone, regardless of membership tier, and costs only a little additional fee to their monthly membership.

Supplement Shop

While it’s true that online shopping makes everything easier, sometimes, the information you need to choose which product isn’t readily available. It’s almost always a better option to buy training supplements at gyms themselves, since you get detailed descriptions of how they’re used, and what’s best for each individual.

COVID Gym Updates

Most fitness gyms have announced closure when the pandemic strikes hard during 2021, but for 2022, things are getting a little better.

However, visitors to XSport Fitness will expect policies on face masks, sanitation, and social distancing. The policies differ by location, and gyms will base their restrictions depending on local government mandates.
