So if you tell someone that he just won the lottery, will that give him exercise? A heart attack most likely. He has to keep it up there for at least 15 minutes for it to be considered as exercise. Even the excitement of winning the lottery won’t keep anyone’s heart rate up for 15 minutes. And when he finds out that it’s all just a joke, be sure he’ll be running after you and it’s your turn to do some exercising.

If you have not done any form of exercise for a very long time, then you have to consult your doctor before getting into it. But, if you have been doing it occasionally and you are not a suspect for any heart condition then, it is best to keep the habit at least 3 to 4 times a week so you can flush your veins and arteries clean before the cholesterol harden and start causing problems.
Your heart is like the motor of your car.
