INSANITY

It is a 60-day workout plan that was developed by Shaun T. The regimen focuses on maximum interval and strenuous stamina training. In this method, the person will be doing a vigorous exercise for three to four minutes, and then rest for 30 seconds before continuing with the process. Unlike the Power 90 Extreme however, no equipment or weights are needed to perform this workout.

The total body workouts include: fit test, plyometric circuit, power and resistance, cardio recovery, pure cardio, interval circuit, interval plyo, max cardio conditioning, and max recovery. The areas in the body that it targets are the legs, glutes, back, arms, and core. It is also designed to improve flexibility, improve cardiovascular fitness, lose body fat, and strengthen muscles. Insanity however, is not recommended to people with metabolic, pulmonary, and cardiovascular diseases, as well as people who are obese or experiencing orthopedic problems.

BODY BEAST

The Body Beast program was developed by Sagi Kalev, a renowned model in the world of fitness and bodybuilding.
