If you are a standing member of Weight Watchers or have plans to join the group soon or in the near future, it is important for you to know how to compute activity points. This is a vital cog to further your path to weight loss and also to offset whatever extra food you have taken.
If you are a Weight Watchers participant, you are basically joining the group for one specific goal: weight loss. To achieve that, you have to follow the plan tailor fitted for you.
In essence, you will be given daily point allowance where every time you eat a certain food a corresponding amount of points will be deducted from your daily allowance. If you remain faithful to the plan, a bonus amount of points is added to your total to splurge or not.
